We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, or regular account payments. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.




Domestic Shipping

We use USPS for domestic shipments. Please allow 5-12 business days for shipping and handling for US customers. 

We offer FREE FIRST-CLASS SHIPPING for all domestic orders over $55 (before tax and shipping).

International Shipping

We use USPS for International shipment as well, the shipment usually takes 1-2 weeks but can take up to 4-8 weeks depending on the destination country.

Please note that the time frames for international shipment are estimates. The shipment arrives sooner or takes longer depending on the custom or postal company in your country.

*We use “real-time shipping calculation” with USPS for calculating the shipping fees which are calculated based on package weight and customer address.

*If you believe the shipping cost calculated is unreasonable. Please don‘t hesitate to contact us.


*Some products may need a longer time to prepare, please refer to the individual product's item description for more accurate process time. The handling time is included in the estimated delivery day that shows at the checkout. We hope the package you received is worth your time.




Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as we receive the items. The estimated shipping period is listed in the items description.


*If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship out the entire order with pre-ordered items. Please place a separate order if you wish to receive the in-stock items sooner.


*Pre-ordered items can be canceled within 24 hours. 




Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. We gladly accept returns (unused and unopened) if you are not satisfied with our products. The return package should be shipped within 7 days of reception. Please contact us within 24 hours to make a damage claim on the delivered package with some form of evidence.


*Buyers are responsible for the returning cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


NOTE: there will be a $2 non-refundable handling fee for any cancellation request.


*The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

1) Custom or personalized items,

2) Digital downloads,

3) Items on sale are “Final Sale”.




Please read all the item descriptions carefully and note the comments on condition. All items are sold as is. Please understand that the color in photos might be slightly different from the actual product due to various picture settings on your screen or the environment when the pictures are taken. 



New York sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to within New York state. Residents in other states and countries are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
